QUALIFICATION:Post Graduate in Science, Engineering discipline
DESIRE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Role is to ensure successful design and development of Technology assets for learning Courses within the business or IT requirements for systems, products, process, compliance, or soft-skills training. As a member of the e-learning production and development team responsibilities include:
- Assist in the design and development for web-based training (assessment/simulations) on e-Campus, Group intranet and other web based platforms
- Assist in the documentation of production procedures
- Provide support to team members to ensure technology integrity of all deliverables and to meet business and project needs
- Respond to client change requests for previous deliverables in timely manner
- Assist in the maintenance of e-learning course catalogue
- Enhance development quality and process with technical research on available tools
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Science, Engineering discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Should have working knowledge of HTML, Flash AS 2.0/3.0, Adobe CS4/5, Dreamweaver, SCOM 1.2, SCOM 2004
- Experience in shell & template creation is preferable
- Knowledge of Jsp, SQL Server will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Skillsoft, Sumtotal LMSes will be good to have
